A Smith Gallery invites photographers of all levels to submit their work for the seventh annual “Photographic Performance 2026.” This call seeks compelling solo or cooperative exhibition concepts that explore the narrative potential of photography. Submissions may include traditional photographic images, photography integrated with mixed media, sculpture, or installation-based works, provided the body of work maintains a clear conceptual narrative.
Eligible participants include professional and amateur photographers from around the globe. The gallery specifically encourages projects with a strong actual or implied narrative. Selected portfolios will be showcased in a series of monthly online exhibitions running from July through October 2026. Please note that images created with Artificial Intelligence are discouraged.
