America 250: National Juried Photography Exhibition

About the Call Full Details

Gallery One Visual Arts Center invites photographers across the United States to participate in its ninth national juried exhibition, “America 250.” This showcase celebrates the Semiquincentennial, or 250th anniversary of the U.S., by seeking images that turn the lens toward the nation’s past, present, and future possibilities.

The call is open to all artists aged 18 and older residing in the USA. Eligible submissions must be original photography created using digital or film cameras, excluding works created with AI or under instructional direction. The exhibition aims to display diverse perspectives on what America represents, avoiding overtly political or graphic imagery.

Selected works will be exhibited at the Gallery One space in downtown Ellensburg, Washington, from June 19 through August 1, 2026. Jurors for the event include Gail Gibson and C. Meier, bringing decades of expertise in gallery direction and photographic curation.
