About the Call Full Details
The Roberto Cimetta Fund is launching a call for Emergency Mobility Grants for 2027. This initiative aims to support professional travel for artists and cultural professionals, particularly those residing in or originating from countries experiencing crises or states of emergency. The fund recognizes that mobility for artists is often the first to halt during such times, preventing crucial professional journeys. The travel period for successful applicants will be between January 16 and June 30, 2027.
This call specifically targets individuals and constituted groups involved in performing arts and multidisciplinary practices. Eligible activities include professional training, creation and residency, and dissemination and networking. Applicants must be 18 years or older, with no upper age limit. Cultural structures can participate only as host or inviting partners in a professional collaboration.
Eligibility is restricted to artists and cultural professionals from Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Yemen, and Sudan, regardless of whether they currently live in these countries or are from these countries and reside elsewhere.
