About the Call Full Details

Quilt National ’27, hosted by The Dairy Barn Arts Center, is an international biennial exhibition that explores the expanded field of quilting. This prestigious showcase highlights textile-based contemporary art and fiber as a medium for material inquiry, featuring works that interrogate concepts of surface, structure, labor, gender, and politics. The exhibition seeks to reposition quilt-making within the broader discourse of fine art and design.

All submitted works must meet structural quilt requirements and must have been completed after August 30, 2024. Eligible entries must be original, independent creations that have not been previously displayed in any local, regional, national, or international exhibitions or appeared in major print publications prior to the exhibition dates.
