About the Call Full Details

PhotoPlace Gallery invites photographers from across the globe to submit their work for a juried exhibition titled “A Celebration of Contemporary Photography.” This initiative seeks to honor the evolving nature of the medium and the diverse creative practices of modern artists. In observance of World Photography Day, the gallery is hosting one of its most inclusive calls of the year, welcoming submissions across all possible subjects and styles.

Applicants are encouraged to present their most compelling work, whether it falls within traditional genres like landscape and portraiture or explores experimental, conceptual, and alternative processes. The call is open to both established and emerging photographers looking to showcase their current artistic direction in a professional gallery setting.

Selected works will be featured in a physical exhibition at the gallery’s Vermont location, as well as an extensive online gallery. All chosen artists will also be included in a permanent web archive and a professionally produced exhibition catalog, ensuring long-term visibility and recognition for their contributions to the field.
